Echoscopic is a one person small business so processing times can range anywhere from 5-14 days! I kindly ask you to be patient as I handle all the packaging and shipping on my own. In case of pre-ordered items, processing time starts upon the items being received by Echoscopic.

Unfortunately, the only international payment method available for Echoscopic is through PayPal. Hopefully we'll be able to integrate more payment options later on!

For local payment methods (KUWAIT), there is a bank link payment option that could be used in checkout. When you're done placing the order with this method, please contact my Instagram @echoscopic with your order number and I will send you the payment link. if more than 12 hours pass after the link is sent without payment, the order will be cancelled. I may also be the one to contact you on whatsapp by the provided number.

Most countries are available! However, if you don't find your country on the list please contact me and I'll check for you! in the case that you made an order with a country that is not available for shipping, I will have to cancel the order and issue you a full refund.

Yes, all shipments from us will be tracked! Echoscopic uses Skynet Worldwide Express as our logistics partner so you will definitely receive a tracking number in your email the moment your package is shipped out.

❥ Customs, taxes and duty fees?

The shipping fees provided are for shipping from the country echoscopic is based in to the address provided in your order. Any customs, taxes and duty fees requested in your country does not apply to that fee as every country has its own laws and fees, so you are responsible for them. Please be careful of any fraud or scams by confirming the tracking number with them.

To avoid further confusion, Skynet shipping deals with FedEx to ship to countries where they do not have a base office located in. So most of the orders will be shipped through FedEx by them.

❥ the shipping is so expensive?

Shipping is calculated using weight / dimensions of the parcel using a price list offered by the courier company and could either be expensive or affordable depending on your location. Unfortunately, where I am from, shipping internationally can be quite expensive and It's completely out of my hands. :( Maybe in the future I could find a more affordable yet reliable shipping company!

❥ How long will it take to receive the package?

In case of pre-orders, the package will be shipped out 3 - 14 business days after it's received by Echoscopic from the manufacturer due to processing times. (check pre-orders section). Once the item is shipped, it will take:

~Kuwait: Delivered within 1 - 2 business days after handed over to the delivery person anywhere between 10 am - 8 pm.

~ GCC : 1 - 4 Business days.

~ International: 5 - 12 Business days.

In case of delays, we cannot control the transportation process of the shipped packages. But please contact me or the courier (SKYNET WORLDWIDE EXPRESS) and we will try to check it out for you.

❥ How do I check shipping prices?

❥ My package was stolen // lost! What do I do?

Once the package is handed over to the courier, we no longer have any control over it. Echoscopic is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping. However, please don’t hesitate to reach out through email (Echoscopic@gmail.com) or on Instagram DMs if there is a problem. We will do our best to find a solution. You can also contact Skynet International Shipping to help locate your package, supplying the tracking number associated with your order.

Please make sure that you have a valid and accessible email / phone number before making your order. Fedex charges return fees and custom fees, and echoscopic will have to pay them to release the returned package. So if the package has not been claimed when it arrives to your destination and is returned, the custom fees as well as the return fee will be deducted from your overall order before issuing a refund. Please understand as echoscopic will not be able to handle the fees of every returned package. So please make sure to include accurate phone numbers and working emails for easy contact. if you are unable access your provided contact after shipment for whatever reason, please try to contact me via any of my social media accounts or emails to solve it together.

❥ What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been produced. So when you pre-order an item, usually it would be before the production process and would take some time to be manufactured and sent to you.

As I am a one person small business based in Kuwait, helpful artist crowd funding websites such as kickstarter is unfortunately unavailable where i'm from. Pre-ordering doesn't only help reduce wastage and guarantees a product specially made for you, but it also helps me as a small business with the production funds.

❥ When will my pre-order item ship out?

Pre-ordered items take anywhere from 2-6 months to be manufactured and sent to me depending on the item that is ordered. hopefully, it won't require any more time than that but in cases that there are delays I will definitely make sure to constantly update you guys. Regardless, I will mention within each product page the estimate of production time.

❥ what if I ordered a pre-ordered item with an item in stock?

If you ordered an item in stock with a pre-ordered item then I would kindly ask you to be patient as they will be shipped together when the pre-ordered item's received by Echoscopic. If you'd like to receive the in stock items earlier then you'll have to make two separate orders with the in stock items in one and pre-ordered items in the other. But keep in mind that shipping internationally can be quite pricy so it might not be very budget friendly.

Refunds and cancellation.

Echoscopic only allows cancellation requests within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Please note that this is only available for In stock items and not pre-ordered ones. Pre-ordered Items are all FINAL, so please be aware. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full.
